• Enquiry form data: name, email, phone, company, subject, service of interest, timeline, budget range, current website, your message, and the page or campaign you came from.
• Technical data: your IP address (used for spam protection and rate limiting) and basic request metadata.
• Analytics data: only if you accept analytics cookies — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics 4.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not sell personal data.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals (performance of a request you made).
• To protect the site against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (consent, via analytics cookies).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

The site works without optional cookies. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics scripts or cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) and you can change it at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We use trusted service providers to run the website, each acting on our instructions:

• Supabase — database hosting for enquiries and blog content.
• Resend — email delivery of enquiry notifications.
• Google (Analytics 4) — analytics, only with your consent.
• Our hosting and edge network provider, and Upstash (rate limiting), which process request data such as IP addresses.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We rely on their contractual and security safeguards for such transfers. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless a contract or law requires longer. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and raise a grievance. Email services@goolluck.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
